How did My Career Canvas come about?

Meet Michela & Selvaggia, the visionary creators of a simple and powerful journey.

They were inspired to create a transformative solution after a career filled with “new beginnings”, unusual choices and a persistent sense of inadequacy. United by a common experience, they embarked on a mission to empower women of all ages and backgrounds to take charge and reach their full potential.

Our Career Canvas is an accessible and democratic tool: its dissemination will have an impact on more women and their choices, shaping the world of work.
As the saying goes: Empowerment knows no bounds.

Claudia Campisi has been working as a psychologist, HR professional, and career coach since 2008. She is also a university lecturer on ethics and professional ethics. Claudia has authored three books, with her latest work being "Professione career coach," which is the first Italian book on the topic and includes My Career Canvas as a tool

Holding a Master’s degree in HR with 10 years experience, I specialise in Career Assessment and Skills Development. I have successfully guided more than 500 individuals to progress in their professional life. For the past two years, as a Certified Coach, I blend my HR background with coaching techniques, empowering individuals to reach their full potential.
